Be a thoughtful eater. Enjoy your food this week. Think about the flavor, smell, texture. You don't need to cut out treats but you don't need to eat five cookies either-just be more aware. Women Food and God-good book. She was on Oprah and has amazing insights on life and eating.
How did last week go reading your own book in front of your kids? Heidi just got Women Food and God and I bought The Short Life of Bree Tanner. I read more than 15 minutes some days. I have loved reading my own book during quiet time with Apollo and Carleton while they "read" their own books. I'm going to do this with my preschool kids (school's starting on Thurs. so we'll see how it goes).
