Weekly Challenge #29

Read your own book for at least fifteen minutes in front of your kids. Research shows it's not only good to read to your kids but to read in front of them so they see that you enjoy it as well. This will be easy for me-I just bought The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner.

How did last week go drinking more water? Heidi said she drank a ton (she's training for a marathon). I realized I need to make a habit of brining a bottle every where I go so I get enought water.

Drink more water.



How did last week go with the pull ups. This goal has motivated me to put the pull up bar in the bathroom doorway and do one every time I go in (this idea cam from Heidi).

Weekly Challenge #27

Pull ups. Do 20 pull ups a day. I have a pull up bar but you are welcome to do push ups if you don't have access to a bar.



How did last week go being grateful? Love this challenge and want family to tell each other what they're grateful for each night before family prayer.
